Adoptees in Castile and Leon are the first in Spain can now exercise their right to locate and find their biological parents.
This option is available after the Board give final step yesterday and to issue an order to show how professionals should act engaged in mediation and advice and who can engage in this work.
Since 2005, citizens of Castilla y León, higher of age, who had been adopted had the right to know their biological parents.
However, until today was very difficult, if not impossible, since there was no entity able to pursue professional or to seek out and mediate between the adoptee and their biological parents. Six petitions

In fact, three years six people have inquired about its origins and they have had to make across the board, with consequent difficulties for the lack of professionals trained in this work. The order regulates
two services for domestic adoptions, counseling and mediation, while for international only marked for guidelines to assess, as there are many different regulations in the countries from which comes the boy.
As professionals who can play the mediation are psychologists, pedagogues and social workers. The advice is in the legal profession. Everybody should have work experience of at least three years.
