During the first day of the Second International Conference of Mediation and Violence held in Gandia, was a meeting between several English mayors to form a network of cities that could be mediating operational in 2010.
The meeting held yesterday, the first elected representatives from throughout the English territory, among whom was the Mayor of Gandia, José Manuel Orengo, discussed the statutes of this network, which seek to promote during the coming year 2009 .
Thus, the capital may Safor work together with other English cities, some of them pioneers in this field, exchanging experiences, initiatives and ideas on conflict resolution through mediation between the various parties involved.
