Methods and Conflict Management in general and Mediation in particular, constitute the contemporary social dynamics, an invaluable resource valuable to society as a whole. A public policy aimed at regulating Mediation must, therefore, further analysis of the multiplicity of issues involved in this field of knowledge and practices.
With this objective the Delegation Argentina World Mediation Forum is proposed on and gather l same area of \u200b\u200bthe National Congress , renowned voices in discipline and professional field who will present different perspectives, the need and relevance of a regulatory framework that accounts for the diversity of experiences of knowing and doing in this field, who understands the complexities and conflicts of a plurality of public and private, and to encourage future mediation as a remedy available of the protagonists: the citizens.
